The situation

The client had an RV Park operations app partially built in FlutterFlow on Firebase. The engagement was to turn it into a production-ready operations platform across iOS and Android.

The existing build was completed rather than restarted, on a 10 to 12 week schedule with a 60-day warranty period.

What we delivered

We took ownership of the existing build and completed it to production on both platforms. The app is organized around three experiences, Super Admin, Park Owner and Staff, with role-based access.

Delivery covered the operations workflows in scope: maintenance, finance, subscription billing through Stripe, and mapping. The build was taken from a partial state to store-ready releases, followed by a 60-day warranty period.
